Your brain is trying to help you out but - within your subconscious - it's misinterpreting the situation. This is what causes you to feel, think and behave in self-limiting ways.

Whether you already understand what's blocking you or it's a mystery, getting curious opens the door to changing it.

I, Alison, can help you to explore what's under the surface so that you can make changes to guide your subconscious mind back on track.

Heartshaped plant growing in stages

Fear is a big one. It might manifest as nerves, anxiety, embarrassment, reluctance, procrastination or complete avoidance. The fear might be of failure, of what others might think, or something particular to you.

However it crops up, fear can be a major obstacle to achieving what you want. It can stop you from working or living as optimally, and happily, as you'd like.

Or the obstacle might be down to a self-limiting belief.

It might simply be a behavioural tendency, or something habit-related.

Graphic of head with cogs whirring

Together, we will rewire the way you think and the way you perceive things so that it's more beneficial, and can support you in building helpful habits and taking actions that will help you to achieve what you want for yourself.

Imagine being able to happily get on with what you'd like to do. Or talking more confidently in meetings or presentations. Or feeling more at ease or more capable because you're able to tap into your skills and abilities without anxiety getting in the way.

You can change your reality.

This is all done using light or varying states of trance

You will always be in control of what you say and do. Hypnosis just makes subconsciously-held understandings more accessible and more receptive to change. And those changes will be guided by you.

With training in Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy (QCH) including the Master Practitioner, as well as continued professional development, and 14 years' experience, I am now specifically working with adults and older teenagers to help them change how they feel and think about the thing that's been causing them difficulty up until now.

My mission is to help people become unstuck so that they can fully live their lives with confidence and enjoyment.

"I went to see Alison Easton for two sessions. The reason I went was to discuss my lack of confidence in the work place, which was based off my dyslexia - which I’ve had from a child. Alison said she had dealt with this issue before and showed me the process to how I can overcome the issue. After the sessions, I can safely say it was the best thing that I have ever done to tackle my situation. Alison was 100% professional at all times and provided the comfort and trust I was looking for to discuss my dyslexia in length. The tactics that Alison used helped me almost straight away to build my confidence back up and feel much happier about my situation. I strongly suggest, and advocate Alison for anyone going through their own issues. Thank you very much Alison"

  1. Let's have a chat (10-15 mins) to see whether this would be a good fit for you. Naturally, there is no charge for this.

  2. If I think I can help and you'd like to book in, we can agree some dates for online sessions.

  3. Session 1 involves a deeper delve into understanding you, the difficulty you're experiencing, and how you would like things to be. It also prepares you for change.

  4. Session 2 is where we begin the 'change work' using a light state of trance combined with hypnotic suggestions as guided by you.

  5. Session 3+ will include more change work and/or consolidation of the changes made.
